ISAMI RYU KARATE JUTSU
is a well established martial arts club
with dedicated instructors who believe that martial arts should retain the
principles laid down many years ago such as discipline, tradition and respect
while being relevant in the world of today. We are a proud member of Traditional Karate Great Britain (TKGB) and the British National Martial Arts Association (BNMAA) and work with many first class martial artists from all over the world. Isami Ryu has a strong core in traditional karate, however, the instructors have a wealth of experience in many martial arts (read more about this in the classes section of this site under instructors). This knowledge and experience has been combined and honed to bring Isami Ryu to life. Isami Ryu is one of the most effective forms of self-defence. At Isami Ryu we also believe that to learn, fun is an important element. At Isami Ryu we always keep our classes varied and interesting and we have a strong sense of community within our membership. Isami Ryu is a great way to make friends and meet people. We are open to all ages and with our strong team of instructors we are able to work for many different capabilities, experience and age within the one session. All your instructors are fully insured, all our grades are ratified with the BNMAA and Black Belt International meaning your grades with us will be recognized the world over.
